• Open only to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years or older at the time of entry.
• Entry must feature a pet owned by the entrant (no stock photos, no third-party pets without permission).
• Photos or videos must be original content created by the entrant and must not infringe on any third-party rights.
• Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Shop Shazil LLC d/b/a Shazory are not eligible to win.
• U.S. Shipping Requirement for Physical Prizes: To receive any physical prize, winners must provide a valid, verifiable U.S. shipping address.
• If a winner cannot provide a verifiable U.S. shipping address, the title may still be awarded, but the physical prize may be forfeited. In such cases, Shazory may, but is not required to, offer the physical prize to a runner-up at its discretion.

• Visit the Pet Contest page on getshazory.com and click “Enter Your Pet.”
• Upload one (1) photo (and/or short video if enabled).
• Complete the entry form (pet name, short story/caption, and your email).
• Submit your entry and receive a unique share link for your pet’s contest page.
• Share your link to collect votes from friends, family, and your audience.

Entry is free. No purchase required.

Quality Standard: Shazory may reject, remove, or disqualify entries, at any time and for any reason, including if they are blurry, dark, low-resolution, misleading, offensive, or otherwise unsuitable for public display and/or printing on Shazory products.

3) Voting Mechanics

• One (1) vote per person per pet per day.
• Daily vote counter resets at 9:00 PM Eastern Time (ET).
• Shazory may determine and enforce voting limits using technical and behavioral safeguards designed to protect contest integrity.

Email verification note: If email is used to verify a vote, it is used for vote verification and related contest operations only unless the voter separately opts in to promotional emails.

Triple-Dip System: Each valid vote automatically counts toward:

• Pet of the Day
• Pet of the Week
• Pet of the Month

To ensure broad participation and fairness:

• A pet that wins Pet of the Day may not win that same title again within the same calendar month.
  
• A pet that wins Pet of the Week may not win that same title again within the same calendar month.
  
• Pets may re-enter and compete again in the following month for new titles.

This rule exists to prevent repeat dominance and to give all participants a fair opportunity to win.

Winners are determined by the highest accumulated valid votes within each time window (all times ET):

• Pet of the Day: 9:00:01 PM to 9:00:00 PM the following day
• Pet of the Week: Monday 9:00:01 PM to the following Monday 9:00:00 PM
• Pet of the Month: 1st day of the month 9:00:01 PM to the 1st day of the following month 9:00:00 PM

Tie-Breaker Rule: In the event of a tie (two or more entries having the same number of valid votes), the winner will be determined automatically by the system based on time. The entry that reached the final vote total earliest (based on the timestamp of the last vote received) will be declared the winner.

Winning Pet of the Day or Pet of the Week is not required to win Pet of the Month.

Titles are always awarded. Physical prizes are issued only if minimum vote thresholds are met:

• Pet of the Day: minimum 5 valid votes for a physical prize
• Pet of the Week: minimum 25 valid votes for a physical prize
• Pet of the Month: minimum 50 valid votes for a physical prize

Physical Prize Details:

• Physical prizes may vary based on availability and season.
• Prizes are non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash or substituted except at Shazory’s discretion. Shazory may substitute a prize of equal or greater approximate retail value in its sole discretion.
• Shipping Included: Prizes include free standard shipping to a valid address within the United States.

Physical prizes may be produced, packaged, and shipped by third-party fulfillment partners on behalf of Shazory. Shazory coordinates prize fulfillment but does not manufacture physical products directly.

Delivery times, print results, and shipping performance may vary based on the fulfillment partner, carrier, destination, and seasonal demand. Shazory is not responsible for delays, losses, or damages caused by third-party carriers or fulfillment providers beyond its reasonable control.

In the event a physical prize is lost or damaged in transit, Shazory may, at its discretion, attempt a replacement or offer an alternative prize of equal or greater approximate retail value, but is not obligated to do so.

• Notification Methods: Shazory will notify winners via the email address provided at entry AND/OR via Direct Message (DM) on the social media platform associated with their entry.
• Winner Responsibility: It is the winner’s responsibility to check their email spam folders and social media “Message Requests” or “Hidden” folders. Shazory is not responsible for messages that go unseen due to user privacy settings.
• Claim Window: Winners must claim their prize (by confirming their shipping address) within 7 days of the initial notification sent by Shazory.
• Forfeiture: Failure to respond and claim the prize within this 7-day window may result in forfeiture of the physical prize, though the Title (e.g., “Pet of the Day”) will remain.

Votes generated by bots, scripts, automated systems, paid vote farms, or fake accounts are strictly prohibited.
Shazory reserves the right to:

• Audit voting activity at any time
• Remove invalid or suspicious votes
• Disqualify entries without prior notice

By submitting an entry, participants grant Shazory a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, repost, and promote the pet’s image, name, and story on getshazory.com and Shazory’s official social platforms, with attribution.

• The contest is public by design.
• Entry content, pet names, and vote totals may be visible.
• Only submit content you are comfortable making public.

All determinations regarding vote validity, eligibility, and winners are final and made to preserve fairness and contest integrity.

Shazory may revise these Rules at any time to preserve contest integrity or comply with applicable law. Updates will be posted on getshazory.com and apply prospectively from the date of posting.

These Rules are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
