Refund & Returns Policy

At Shazory, every order is handled with care, whether it is a custom piece made from your own photos or a curated find from our Marketplace. This policy explains how returns, refunds, and replacements work across Shazory Creator Studio, Shazory Marketplace, and Amazon purchases.
Creator Studio
Custom and personalized items
Each Creator Studio piece is produced individually, on demand, using your photos, artwork, and selected specifications. Because these items are made specifically for you, they are not pre-made, restocked, or resold.
For that reason, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, incorrect size selection, spelling errors, typos, low-resolution uploads, or other customer-submitted design issues. Please review your design, size, spelling, and image quality carefully before placing your order.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing or manufacturing error, Shazory will send a free replacement or issue a full refund. You choose the resolution, and there is no need to ship the original item back.
To file a claim, email hello@getshazory.com within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos showing the issue.
Minor color variation between screen and print, as well as slight positioning differences that can occur during production, are normal characteristics of made-to-order goods and are not considered defects.
Shazory Marketplace
Ready-made items
Ready-made products purchased directly from getshazory.com may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
We do not offer direct exchanges. To receive a different size, color, or item, please return the original product and place a new order.
Amazon Orders
Purchases made through Amazon
Items purchased through Amazon are subject to Amazon’s return and refund policies. These returns must be started and processed through your Amazon Order History.
Shazory is unable to process Amazon returns, refunds, or replacements directly through getshazory.com.
Refunds
How approved refunds are handled
Once a return or claim is reviewed, you will be notified whether it has been approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Refunds typically post within 5 to 7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
