In the United States, voting is open to individuals 13 years of age or older. Outside the United States, voting is open to individuals 18 years of age or older, except where prohibited by law. Votes cast by individuals under 13 are void. If local law in a voter’s jurisdiction requires a higher minimum age, that higher age applies.

No. Submissions must feature the pet only. Photos containing any human beings, including owners, children, or people in the background, body parts like hands or legs, or reflections in mirrors and glass, will be rejected or disqualified. This rule exists to reduce privacy and rights risk.

Submissions cannot contain nudity, violence, hate speech, illegal acts, weapons, drugs, or dangerous situations. Prominent third-party logos, trademarks, or brand names that are intentionally featured are also not allowed. Photos cannot display personal information such as addresses, license plates, or tags with phone numbers.

One vote per person per pet per Contest Day. A Contest Day runs from 9:00 PM ET to 8:59:59 PM ET the following day. The daily vote counter resets at 9:00 PM Eastern Time, which marks the start of a new Contest Day.

Pet of the Day requires a minimum of 5 valid votes for a physical prize, with an Approximate Retail Value (ARV) up to $25. Pet of the Week requires a minimum of 25 valid votes with an ARV up to $100. Pet of the Month requires a minimum of 50 valid votes with an ARV up to $300.

Prizes are Sponsor-selected physical items such as a customized product from Shazory Creator Studio and/or a Shazory-branded pet product from Sponsor’s Amazon store. No cash or gift cards will be awarded.

No. A pet that wins Pet of the Day cannot win Pet of the Day again in the same calendar month. The same rule applies to Pet of the Week. However, pets may continue to compete for higher titles, including Pet of the Month, regardless of previous daily or weekly wins.

Winners are notified by email and must respond with a valid U.S. shipping address within 7 days. Failure to respond results in forfeiture of the physical prize. Sponsor may also require proof of age, identity, residency, and pet ownership before awarding a prize.

Prizes are shipped to valid U.S. addresses only. Shazory is not responsible for carrier delays, damage during transit, or for prizes marked as delivered by the carrier. If a prize is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the winner, Sponsor may require the winner to pay reshipping costs or may treat the prize as forfeited.

If the minimum vote threshold for a tier is not met, the top entry may still be recognized as the title winner, but no physical prize will be awarded for that round.

Shazory may use technical measures including email verification, device signals, IP analysis, cookies, and behavioral review to enforce vote limits and protect contest integrity. Use of bots, scripts, automated voting software, vote-exchange services, and vote farming is strictly prohibited and will result in disqualification, vote removal, prize forfeiture, and account ban.

Yes. Pet Contest entries are public by design. Other users may view, share, embed, screenshot, or redistribute entries outside our control. Removing an entry from our site does not remove copies that others may have saved or shared.

Where permitted by law, Shazory may publish winner information such as first name, last initial, and state, for example: Alex S. from PA. By entering, you agree that Sponsor may use your name, your pet’s name, and entry content for publicity purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

No. This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, YouTube, or any other social media platform. Information you submit is provided to Shop Shazil LLC d/b/a Shazory, not to those platforms.

The Official Rules are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising out of the Contest are resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Pennsylvania.
