Votes name the Creator of the Month — finalised by the studio for originality, fit, and production feasibility. Final say lives with Shazory.
Inside the Creator Studio on Shazory. It gets a place carrying your name — visible to anyone browsing the studio. Permanent for as long as it sells.
You do — always. Shazory licenses it from you to produce, list, and sell the collection. You can’t sell the exact same design exclusively to another brand while we’re actively selling it. Everything else stays yours.
Retail price, minus refunds, returns, taxes, shipping, discounts, and payment processing fees. Royalty is 10% of that.
Quarterly for the first year, monthly after. Minimum $50 to trigger a payout — anything below rolls forward to the next cycle.
It’s disqualified. No logos, characters, trademarks, celebrity likeness, or work that isn’t yours. We check before launch.
Yes — if there’s a legal issue, a quality problem, or a rights claim. If we pull it for a reason that isn’t your fault, you keep every dollar of royalty already earned.
As long as Shazory actively sells the collection — no expiry. What you’ve earned is yours to keep, except in the rights or fraud cases covered in the Official Rules.
