What this policy means: This page explains what content can be uploaded, submitted, or shared through Shazory, including Shazory Creator Studio and Shazory contests. These rules exist to protect customers, children, animals, and intellectual property owners, and to keep Shazory compliant. By uploading content, you agree to follow these rules and you confirm you have the rights and permissions to use what you upload.

STRICT LIABILITY NOTICE: You are legally responsible for all content you upload or submit. Shazory provides a platform and tools to process your content, but does not verify that you own the rights to it. If you do not own the rights to an image, design, or text, DO NOT upload it.

WHAT THIS POLICY COVERS: "User Content" includes any photos, images, artwork, designs, text, names, captions, videos, audio, contest entries, reviews, comments, form submissions, and related metadata submitted through Shazory Creator Studio, Shazory contests, or any Shazory website feature.

Quick Guide: What You Can Upload vs. What You Cannot Upload

This section is meant to make uploads simple. If something is unclear, use the quick test at the bottom.

Allowed

  • Your own photos (family, pets, travel, personal moments)
  • Your own artwork and original designs
  • AI-generated original art (landscapes, scenery, abstract art, patterns) that does not copy brands, characters, or real people
  • Stock images or graphics you purchased with a license that allows commercial use and printing
  • Designs you paid someone to create where you received the rights to use and print

Not Allowed

  • Famous characters (Disney, Marvel/DC, anime, games, etc.)
  • Brand logos or brand patterns (Nike, LV style patterns, sports teams, car brands)
  • Celebrity images or celebrity lookalikes (including AI-generated)
  • Anything copied from Google Images, Pinterest, Etsy, or social media unless you own the rights
  • Edits like you kissing a celebrity, or inserting a celebrity into your image

Simple test: If you didn’t create it, didn’t take it, and didn’t pay for a license that allows printing or commercial use, don’t upload it.

1) Intellectual Property & Prohibited Content

You agree that you will not upload, submit, or request printing or display of any content that infringes on any third party rights, including patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, right of publicity, right of privacy, or other proprietary rights.

Strictly Prohibited Examples (Non-Exhaustive)

  • Famous Characters: Mickey Mouse, Marvel/DC superheroes, Anime/Manga characters, Pokémon, Hello Kitty, etc.
  • Brand Logos: Nike, Gucci, Louis Vuitton, Starbucks, NFL/NBA/MLB/NCAA team logos, automotive logos (BMW, Ferrari).
  • Celebrity Likeness: Photos or illustrations of actors, musicians, politicians, athletes, influencers, or public figures without verified written consent.
  • Internet Art: Designs found on Google Images, Pinterest, DeviantArt, Etsy, or social media that you did not create or license.

NO EXCUSES RULE: I found it online or everyone uses it does not make it legal. Suspected infringement can result in order cancellation, content removal, and account termination.

2) Minors, Child Safety, and Consent

If User Content includes a child or minor, strict consent rules apply.

GUARDIAN CONSENT REQUIREMENT: By uploading content that includes a child, you represent and warrant that you are the parent or legal guardian, or that you have verifiable written permission from the parent or legal guardian to submit and authorize use of that content.
  • No exploitation: Content involving minors must not depict nudity, sexualization, endangerment, or any exploitative scenario.
  • Removal rights: Shazory may reject, remove, or report child-related content where required or appropriate.
  • Account actions: Violations may result in immediate termination and bans.

3) Indemnification (Your Financial Liability)

Shazory acts as a service provider for you to print, display, or share your content. Shazory does not guarantee manual review of every submission for ownership or permissions.

REPRESENTATION AND WARRANTY: By uploading content, you represent and warrant that you own all rights to the content or have explicit permission to use it, including publicity and privacy rights where applicable.

If Shop Shazil LLC (d/b/a Shazory) is subject to any legal claim, lawsuit, fine, chargeback dispute, government inquiry, or demand due to content you uploaded, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Shazory, its owners, officers, directors, employees, contractors, fulfillment partners, and service providers from all damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your content.

RESPONSIBLE PARTY ACKNOWLEDGMENT: If any claim or demand is brought against Shazory that arises from your User Content, your actions, or your violation of this policy, you agree that you are the responsible party and you agree to reimburse Shazory for all resulting costs, including legal fees, settlements, judgments, fines, penalties, investigation costs, and other expenses incurred.

4) Community Standards & Safety

To protect our community and brand reputation, especially within Pet Contests and Creator Studio, the following content is strictly prohibited:

  • Animal Cruelty: Any image depicting animals in distress, pain, danger, or abuse may be removed and can result in permanent bans. Reports may be made where required or appropriate.
  • Hate Speech: Symbols, text, or imagery promoting hate or harassment based on race, religion, ethnicity, gender, orientation, disability, or similar protected traits.
  • Violence & Gore: Graphic, disturbing, or excessively violent imagery.
  • Nudity & Obscenity: Pornographic or sexually explicit content.
  • Private Information: Content showing visible home addresses, phone numbers, license plates, financial data, or identification numbers.
  • Illegal Activity: Content promoting illegal activity or instructions for wrongdoing.

5) Sole Discretion & Kill Switch

Shazory reserves the right to reject content, cancel any order, refund or partially refund a purchase, or disqualify any contest entry for any reason at its sole discretion.

  • Shazory is not required to provide a specific reason for rejection or removal.
  • Content may be filtered using automated tools and/or human review.
  • Shazory has no obligation to monitor User Content and does not guarantee detection of violations.

VIOLATION CONSEQUENCES: If an order or entry is canceled due to a violation of this policy, refunds may be denied or reduced to cover payment processing fees, chargeback costs, transaction costs, production work already performed, and other non-recoverable expenses. Contest entries may be disqualified and prizes may be forfeited.

6) Repeat Offender Policy

Shazory maintains a strict policy regarding users who repeatedly violate these terms.

PERMANENT BAN: Repeat violations may result in permanent account termination. Shazory may block IP addresses, devices, and payment methods to prevent further access.

7) License Grant

You retain ownership of your content. However, to provide our services, Shazory requires legal permission to process, reproduce, and display your files.

LICENSE GRANT: By uploading content, you grant Shazory a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license (including the right to create derivative works for formatting, resizing, and printing, and to sublicense to fulfillment partners solely to provide the services) to use your content as described below.
  • For Orders: Reproduce, modify, resize, crop, print, and distribute your content onto products to fulfill your order, including transmitting files to third-party fulfillment partners and vendors solely to produce and deliver your order.
  • For Contests: Publicly display, reproduce, distribute, and publish your contest entry on Shazory websites, social media channels, emails, and marketing materials related to the contest, including winner announcements and promotional campaigns.

LICENSE SURVIVAL: This license survives account deletion or content deletion for content already used in contest promotions, winner announcements, marketing materials, or archived records created before the deletion request. Removal requests may be subject to technical constraints and reasonable processing time.

8) Non-Endorsement

User Content reflects the views and actions of the submitting user. Shazory does not endorse User Content and is not responsible for the accuracy, legality, or reliability of User Content.

9) Copyright Complaints (DMCA)

If you believe content hosted on Shazory infringes your copyright, please notify us. Shazory complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and will act on valid notices.

DMCA NOTICE REQUIREMENTS: A valid notice should include (1) identification of the copyrighted work, (2) identification of where the allegedly infringing content appears, (3) your contact details, (4) a statement of good faith belief, and (5) a statement under penalty of perjury that the notice is accurate and you are authorized to act.

Shazory may remove or disable access to content upon receipt of a valid notice. Repeat infringers may have accounts terminated. False or abusive notices may carry legal consequences.

10) Policy Updates

Shazory may update this User Content Policy at any time. Continued use of Shazory services constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

11) Relationship to Other Policies

This policy operates alongside Shazory Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Contest Rules. If there is a conflict, the Terms of Service controls.
