Scope: This policy applies to purchases made on getshazory.com, including Creator Studio custom products and Marketplace ready-made products (Shazory Picks). It also explains how Amazon orders and contest prizes are handled.

1) Shazory Creator Studio (Custom Products)

This section applies to custom, made-to-order products created through the Shazory Creator Studio.

Processing Times

  • Standard Processing: 2–5 business days (most items)
  • Rush Processing: Available on select items (calculated at checkout)
  • Note: Weekends and U.S. holidays are excluded from processing times.
Production Lock: Custom orders typically enter production shortly after checkout. Requests to cancel, change designs, or update addresses are not guaranteed once the order is submitted.

Transit times are estimates provided by carriers and are not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather events, customs processes, and peak-season volume may affect delivery.

Split Shipments: Orders may ship in multiple packages from different facilities and may have multiple tracking numbers. Items may arrive on different days.

Returns & Refunds (Creator Studio)

Final Sale: Because these items are custom-made specifically for you, they are non-returnable and non-refundable, except where required by law.

Defects and Errors

  • Replacement-first remedy: If your item arrives damaged or has a verified manufacturing error, our primary remedy is a free replacement (reprint).
  • Reporting window: You must report issues within 7 days of delivery and provide clear photos of the item and packaging.
  • Refunds: Refunds are generally not provided for custom products and may be considered only if a replacement is impossible or repeatedly defective, at Shazory’s discretion.

Customer Errors

  • We are not responsible for customer errors such as typos, incorrect size/color selection, or low-resolution images.
  • Print results may vary due to screen-to-print differences and normal manufacturing tolerances.

2) Shazory Marketplace (Ready-Made Products)

This section applies to non-custom, ready-made products sold directly on getshazory.com (Shazory Picks). Fulfillment methods may vary by product and destination.

Processing and Shipping

  • Typical handling time: 1–2 business days (most items)
  • Standard shipping (Contiguous U.S.): FREE
  • Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and international shipping costs (if available) are calculated at checkout.
Split Shipments: Marketplace orders may ship in multiple packages and may arrive separately.

Returns (30-Day Window)

We accept returns for eligible Marketplace items within 30 days from the date of delivery.

  • Return authorization: Contact us first to initiate a return and receive return instructions.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging with all parts/accessories included.
  • Return shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
  • Inspection: Refunds are issued after the item is received and inspected. Items returned used, missing parts, or not in original condition may be denied or refunded partially.
  • Refund timing: Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after inspection. Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

Taxes, Duties, and Fees

Prices displayed on the Site exclude taxes unless otherwise stated. You are responsible for paying any applicable sales tax, VAT, import duties, or fees required by your jurisdiction.


3) Amazon Orders

Products purchased via Amazon.com under the Shazory brand are subject to Amazon’s shipping, return, and refund policies.

  • We cannot process returns or refunds for Amazon orders through this website.
  • Please initiate returns through your Amazon order history and follow Amazon’s processes.

4) Contest Prizes

  • Shipping: Free (United States only). Prizes typically arrive in 7–14 business days after winner verification.
  • Returns: Prizes are promotional items and are non-returnable.
  • Damaged prizes: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos for a potential replacement, subject to availability.
Eligibility and delivery: Winners must provide a valid deliverable U.S. address within the timeframe stated in the Official Rules. If a prize becomes unavailable, Shazory may substitute a comparable item of equal or lesser value if permitted by the Official Rules.

5) Lost Packages, Tracking Issues, and Address Errors

Packages Marked Delivered

Shazory is not responsible for packages that are marked as Delivered by the carrier but are subsequently lost or stolen, unless otherwise required by applicable law. We recommend providing a secure delivery location.

Lost in Transit

An order may be considered lost in transit only if:

  • Tracking shows no movement for 7 business days, or
  • The carrier officially declares the shipment lost.

In confirmed lost-in-transit cases, Shazory’s remedy is:

  • Creator Studio: Replacement (reprint) only.
  • Marketplace: Replacement or refund, depending on inventory availability and the situation.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

The customer is responsible for providing a correct shipping address. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, refusal, or failure to claim, the customer is responsible for the re-shipping cost.

Abandoned/Unclaimed Returns: If a return or undeliverable package remains unclaimed or re-shipping fees remain unpaid for more than 14 days, Shazory may treat the item as abandoned and may donate or discard it. Custom items are not refundable.

6) International Orders

Customs & Duties: International orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient is responsible for these fees.

If an international package is refused, abandoned, or destroyed due to unpaid customs fees or recipient action:

  • Creator Studio (Custom): The order is forfeited and not refundable.
  • Marketplace (Ready-Made): If a refund applies, return shipping and carrier/customs fees may be deducted from the refund.

7) Frequently Asked Questions

Is shipping really free?
Yes. Standard shipping is free for Creator Studio and Marketplace orders shipped to the contiguous (continental) United States. Other destinations are calculated at checkout.

Can I return a custom product?
No. Custom products are final sale and non-returnable, except for verified defects (replacement-first) or where required by law.

Who pays for return shipping?
For Marketplace returns, the customer pays return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
