Quick Guide: Acceptable vs. Prohibited Use

1) Account Integrity and Identity

Shazory accounts must be used honestly and responsibly. The following behavior is prohibited:

• Impersonating another person or organization
• Using fake names or fake contact information to evade bans or accountability
• Creating multiple accounts to manipulate contests, promotions, referrals, or pricing
• Sharing accounts for the purpose of evasion or abuse

2) Fraud, Chargebacks, and Abuse

Shazory prohibits fraud and abusive behavior, including but not limited to:

• Chargeback fraud or dishonest payment disputes
• Refund abuse, return swapping, or repeated false claims of non-delivery
• Testing stolen payment methods or attempting unauthorized payments
• Coupon or promotion abuse (including repeated creation of accounts to re-use discounts)
• Using Shazory for scams, phishing, or misleading communications

3) Bots, Automation, Scraping, and Excessive Requests

You may not use automated methods to access Shazory services or to interfere with Shazory operations.

• No bots, scripts, automation, or bulk tools to enter contests or manipulate votes
• No scraping, harvesting, or copying Shazory content, product data, images, or prices at scale
• No automated attempts to create accounts, place orders, or bypass rate limits
• No load-testing or excessive requests intended to degrade performance

4) Contest Cheating and Manipulation

Shazory contests must be entered fairly. The following conduct is prohibited:

• Buying votes through illegitimate methods (bots, click farms, automated traffic, or misrepresentation)
• Coordinated cheating using multiple accounts, device farms, or repeated signups
• Misrepresenting Shazory endorsement, sponsorship, or official affiliation
• Threats, harassment, bribery, or coercion to obtain votes or entries

5) Security, Interference, and Platform Integrity

You may not attempt to compromise, probe, or interfere with Shazory systems, including:

• Hacking, probing, vulnerability scanning, or bypassing security features
• Uploading malware, malicious files, or harmful code
• Disrupting services via denial-of-service (DoS) attacks or similar methods
• Attempting to access accounts, data, or systems without authorization

6) Harassment, Hate, and Harmful Conduct

Shazory prohibits harassment and harmful behavior. This includes:

• Harassment, threats, intimidation, or hateful conduct
• Doxxing or publishing private information of others
• Targeting users, contestants, winners, or minors for abuse or exploitation
• Spam, unwanted solicitations, or attempts to scam other users

7) Misuse of Shazory Services

You may not use Shazory services for purposes outside of lawful and fair use, including:

• Reselling or rebranding Shazory services in a misleading way
• Using Shazory to promote illegal goods or services
• Using Shazory pages, tools, or communications to distribute spam or phishing links

8) Enforcement and Consequences

Shazory may enforce this policy in its sole discretion. Depending on severity, actions may include:

• Content removal or restrictions
• Order cancellation and refusal of service
• Contest disqualification and prize forfeiture
• Account suspension or permanent ban
• Blocking of IP addresses, devices, and payment methods
• Reporting to authorities where required or appropriate

9) Reporting Abuse

If you see abuse, cheating, harassment, or suspicious behavior, report it to Shazory.

10) Policy Updates and Relationship to Other Policies

Shazory may update this Acceptable Use Policy at any time. Continued use of Shazory services constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

This policy operates alongside Shazory Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, User Content Policy, and Contest Rules. If there is a conflict, the Terms of Service controls.
