Welcome to the Shazory Pet Contest. This is a free, community-voting promotion. Winners are determined by the number of valid votes received during each round.

Eligibility

Entrant Eligibility (Who can win)

  • Must be a legal resident of the United States.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
  • Must be the legal owner of the pet featured.
  • Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Sponsor are not eligible to enter or win.

Voter Eligibility (Who can vote)

  • United States: Voting is open to individuals 13 years of age or older.
  • Outside the United States: Voting is open only to individuals 18 years of age or older (except where prohibited by law).
  • Any votes cast by individuals under the age of 13 are void.
  • If local law in a voter's jurisdiction requires a higher minimum age, that higher age applies.

Void Where Prohibited: The Contest is void where prohibited by law. Sponsor reserves the right to refuse participation to any person or jurisdiction where such participation is prohibited or restricted by law.

Sponsor may also prohibit participation by persons or from jurisdictions subject to U.S. sanctions or other legal restrictions.

Prohibited Content (Safety First)

To ensure the safety of all participants and reduce privacy and rights risks, specific content restrictions apply.

No humans allowedStrict Pet-Only Rule. Submissions must feature the pet(s) ONLY. Photos containing any human beings (including owners, children, or people in the background, body parts like hands/legs, or reflections in mirrors/glass) will be rejected or disqualified.

Additional Prohibitions

  • No nudity, violence, hate speech, or illegal acts.
  • No weapons, drugs, or dangerous situations.
  • No prominent third-party logos, trademarks, or brand names that are intentionally featured or central to the entry. Sponsor may remove entries that create rights or endorsement concerns.
  • No personal information (addresses, license plates, tags with phone numbers).

How to Enter

  • Visit the Pet Contest page on getshazory.com.
  • Upload one (1) photo of your pet (must comply with Section 3).
  • Complete the entry form with your legal name and contact info.
  • No Purchase Necessary: No purchase or payment of any kind is required to enter, vote, or win. A purchase does not increase your chances of winning.

Voting Mechanics

  • Contest Day: For voting and limits, a “Contest Day” runs from 9:00 PM ET to 8:59:59 PM ET the following day.
  • One (1) vote per person per pet per Contest Day.
  • Daily vote counter resets at 9:00 PM Eastern Time (ET) (which marks the start of a new Contest Day).
  • Validation: Sponsor may use technical measures (including email verification, device signals, IP analysis, cookies, and behavioral review) to enforce limits and determine vote validity in its sole discretion.
  • Anti-Cheat: Use of bots, scripts, automated voting software, vote-exchange services, or vote farming is strictly prohibited.
  • Finality: Sponsor's determinations regarding vote validity, enforcement, and winner determination are final and binding.

No-Repeat Wins (Fair Chance Rule)

  • A pet that wins Pet of the Day cannot win Pet of the Day again in the same calendar month.
  • A pet that wins Pet of the Week cannot win Pet of the Week again in the same calendar month.
  • Pets may continue to compete for higher titles (e.g., Pet of the Month) regardless of previous daily/weekly wins.

Winner Determination

Winners are determined solely by the highest number of valid votes received during the applicable period.

  • Pet of the Day: 9:00 PM ET to 8:59:59 PM ET next day.
  • Pet of the Week: Monday 9:00 PM ET to following Monday 8:59:59 PM ET.
  • Pet of the Month: 1st of month 9:00 PM ET to last day of month 8:59:59 PM ET.

Vote Removal: Sponsor may remove invalid or suspicious votes at any time, including after a voting round has ended. Rankings and winner status may change prior to final prize fulfillment based on vote integrity reviews.

Tie-Breaker: The entry that reached the winning vote count earliest (by timestamp) wins.

Prizes & Thresholds

Titles are awarded to the top voted pet. Physical prizes are awarded only if the following minimum vote thresholds are met:

  • Pet of the Day: Min. 5 valid votes required for a physical prize.
  • Pet of the Week: Min. 25 valid votes required for a physical prize.
  • Pet of the Month: Min. 50 valid votes required for a physical prize.
Prize typesPrizes are Sponsor-selected physical items such as a customized product from Shazory Creator Studio and/or a Shazory-branded pet product from Sponsor's Amazon store (or comparable Shazory product inventory). No cash or gift cards will be awarded.

ARV Caps (Maximum Value)

  • Pet of the Day: ARV up to $25.
  • Pet of the Week: ARV up to $100.
  • Pet of the Month: ARV up to $300.

Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value, and may modify prize selections in future rounds by updating these Official Rules. Taxes: Winners are solely responsible for any applicable taxes.

If the minimum vote threshold is not met, the top entry may still be recognized as the title winner, but no physical prize will be awarded for that round.

Fulfillment

Prizes are shipped to valid U.S. addresses only.

  • Sponsor is not responsible for carrier delays or damage during transit.
  • Delivered Packages: Sponsor is not responsible for prizes marked “delivered” by the carrier.
  • Address Errors/Returns: If a prize is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the winner, Sponsor may, in its discretion, require the winner to pay reshipping costs or may treat the prize as forfeited.

Verification & Claiming

  • Winners are notified via email.
  • Verification: Sponsor may require proof of age, identity, residency, and pet ownership before awarding a prize. Failure to provide satisfactory proof may result in forfeiture.
  • Claim Window: Winners must respond with a valid U.S. shipping address within 7 days.
  • Failure to respond results in forfeiture of the physical prize.

Rights Violations, Disqualification & Revocation

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant at any time, including after a winner has been announced.

Revocation powerIf an entrant is found to have violated these Rules (e.g., cheating, using someone else's photo, age misrepresentation), Sponsor may: (a) immediately disqualify the entrant; (b) revoke any titles awarded; (c) void all votes; (d) require the return of any prizes awarded; and (e) select an alternate winner from the runners-up.

If a prize has not yet been shipped, Sponsor may cancel fulfillment and award the prize to an alternate winner.

Content License

By entering, entrant grants Sponsor a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use, display, reproduce, adapt (including crop/resize), and distribute the submitted content and pet's name for purposes related to the Contest and Sponsor's promotion of the Contest.

Entrant represents and warrants that they own the submission or have all necessary rights and permissions to submit it, and that the submission does not violate any third-party rights (including copyright, trademark, or privacy/publicity rights).

Privacy & Publicity

Information submitted with an entry or vote is subject to the Privacy Policy.

By entering, you agree that Sponsor may use your name, pet's name, and entry content for publicity purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

Release, Limitation of Liability & Indemnification

Release: By participating, you agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, agents, contractors, and fulfillment partners from any and all liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, from participation in the Contest.

Limitation of Liability: Sponsor is not responsible for: (1) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunction of any computer, cable, network, hardware, or software; (2) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions or telephone or Internet service; (3) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry or voting process; (4) electronic or human error in administration of the Contest; or (5) any lost, late, stolen, misdirected, or undeliverable email or prize shipments.

IndemnificationYou agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Sponsor from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from: (a) your participation in the Contest; (b) your violation of these Rules; or (c) your violation of any third-party right, including copyright, trademark, or privacy rights.

Platform Disclaimer

This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, YouTube, or any other social media platform. You understand that you are providing your information to Sponsor and not to these platforms.

Governing Law

These Rules are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Disputes

Except where prohibited, any disputes arising out of or relating to the Contest shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Pennsylvania, and participants consent to such jurisdiction and venue.
